Thanks Brian. I'm using Debbie Bliss Donegal Aran Tweed. It's not as bulky as I thought it would be so I have already dropped a needle size. I cast on 144 stitches so it should be easy enough to scale up the pattern with that number. And I plan on adding additional ridges to the body.
